刘瑞田课题组


刘瑞田,研究员、博士生导师,中国科学院过程工程研究所生物药物工程研究部主任,课题组长。长期从事治疗重大疾病的生物技术药物的研究。目前主要致力于神经退行性疾病发病机理及治疗阿尔茨海默病(老年性痴呆)、帕金森病和肿瘤等的基因工程抗体、疫苗、多肽及纳米药物的研究。为国家“十二五”、“十三五”重大新药创制专项责任专家,“蛋白质机器及生命调控”重点专项总体组专家,曾担任J Alzheimers Dis副主编、Adv Biosci & Biotech编委。先后主持国家重大科技专项、国家863、中科院先导专项和国家自然基金等10余项国家级科研项目。已在Nano Today、 Adv Func Mater、Neurobiol Dis、Alzheimers Res Ther和Br J Pharmacol等国际著名期刊发表论文80多篇,申请或获得国内外专利22项,2种一类新药处于中试研究中。
